Love your neighbor

Love your neighbor as yourself. Do unto others as you would have them do to you. What does this really look like? If I truly live this, imagine the sacrifices it would require! And yet, that’s precisely what God asks of me. I’m meant to put the needs of others far above my own needs and especially my wants. That’s not my natural inclination. But to begin seeking out the needs of others and meeting them…that’s what my life is to be about. It’s not about what I want. It’s about figuring how I can help others.
