Did you know that gratitude can help lessen anxiety, relieve stress and improve sleep? I didn’t either! But when I started looking for gratitude challenges for November, I kept seeing sites that listed the benefits of being grateful. There are many!
So for the month of November, I’ve decided to post a card a day along with a gratitude challenge. Post what you did for the daily challenge over on my Facebook page and I’ll be picking random winners throughout the month to get happy mail from me.
30 Days of Gratitude Challenge ::
Day 1 :: Send a card to someone
It only takes a moment to brighten someone’s day with a card! Whether it’s a birthday card, thinking of you card or any occasion card, you make the world a brighter place when you send a word of kindness to another.
Be sure to comment on the daily gratitude post on my Facebook page and let us know how you encouraged someone today.
Bonus :: take a picture of the card before you send it and share it over in my Facebook community group so we can all see your card!
