For the month of November, I’m posting a card a day along with a gratitude challenge. Post what you did for the daily challenge over on my Facebook page and I’ll be picking random winners throughout the month to get happy mail from me.
This fun fold card folds flat like this for mailing..
But opens like this – perfect for display!
30 Days of Gratitude Challenge ::
Day 6 :: Try a gratitude meditation.
Headspace defines gratitude meditation as “simply the practice of reflecting on the things in our lives we’re grateful for. It’s about experiencing that feeling of appreciation, whether for a loving family member or friend, a beautiful sunny day, or the pleasure of a good cup of coffee.” You might choose to write it down in a journal. Or make a note in your phone. Reflecting on what we are grateful for is a great way to start and/or end your day!
Be sure to comment on the daily gratitude post on my Facebook page and let us know your random act of kindness.
